- The United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order for a comprehensive research program designed to obtain the necessary information required to evaluate and assess the current patent submission process from multi-level hierarchical perspectives to Montegrande & Co., 1150 Main St., Irvine, CA 92614. Results of this research will be utilized to design recommendations on how best to alter the patent process for maximum results; the objective is to improve the Intellectual Property process. No RFP will be issued as a result. The requirement includes but is not limited to: Intelligence Gathering, Projects Spec Development, Micro-Targeting, Research, Database Evaluation and Development, Profiling and Recruiting Market Research Candidates, Focus Group Development, Moderator, Tabulation & Reporting, Logistical Planning and Coordination.
