Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to perform work as outlined in the specifications and Room Index for Interior Painting, Building 500 at the VA Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, as well as OHSA and EPA requirements. Completion time of 90 calendar days from Receipt of Notice to Proceed is required. The NAICS code is 238320 with a small business size standard of $13.0 M. This procurement is 100% service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The cost range is between $500,000 -1,000,000. The solicitation will be available for download at the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about April 24, 2007. Bidders are responsible for downloading any and all documents pertaining to this solicitation from the website. Paper solicitations will not be issued.
