- Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to perform work as outlined by the drawings and specifications for the caulk & seal Building 500 project at the VA Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia. Services are needed to repair exterior walls and stop water infiltration. All work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specs, as well as OHSA and EPA requirements. Completion time of 120 days from the Receipt of the Notice to Proceed is required. The NAICS code is 238140 with a small business size standard of $13.0 M. This procurement is 100% service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The cost range is between $500,000 -1,000,000. The solicitation will be available for download at the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about April 25, 2007. Bidders are responsible for downloading any and all documents pertaining to this solicitation from the website. Paper solicitations will not be issued.
