- Note: This is a NOTIFICATION OF INTENT The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE intends to award a sole source, Delivery Order to Utah State University Research Foundation, 1695 North Research Parkway, Logan UT 84341-1947, to provide a dedicated person for a temporary program management support and technical direction advice in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) at Kirtland AFB, NM for a period of 90 calendar days from contract award. They are a GSA Schedule holder. Statutory authority for this sole source award is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
