- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 07TC0492, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333314 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. SMARTPUMP TOURNIQUET INFLATION SYSTEM - Dual channel system w/independent cuff controls, dual real-time monitoring & display of cuff pressures and times, internal, two-hour backup battery, Battery Power Saver. Smart Pump system Includes - (1) Pedestal base w/casters, custom pole&cuff storage basket w/clamp, (1) User guide & quick reference guide, (1) 10-foot Fill lines set (1 each, black & clear lines with Quick Connect fittings), (1) 10-foot Hospital Grade Power Cord.
