- This is to provide Notice of Intent to award on a sole source basis to provide all personnel, equipment, material and other items necessary to provide the following: Item 0000 Ebsco Air Force Database Package MasterFILE Premier 500 additional users for 19 months (1 June 07-31 December 08), 0001 Ebsco Air Force Database Package MasterFILE Premier 1500 additional users for 16 months (1 September 07-31 December 08), 0002 Ebsco Air Force Database Package MasterFILE Premier 1000 additional users for 12 months (1 January 08-31 December 08). The government intends to award a fixed price contract to Ebsco Industries, under purchase request number F2XHE17100A100. The North American Industry Classification System code is 519120 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Delivery is FOB Destination. Items must be received not later than the dates specified per item. No request for proposals will be issued. Statements of interest are due by 12:00 noon CST on 25 APRIL 2007. Electronic submissions are acceptable.
