Description
This is a solicitation for commercial items to be acquired under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement is the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested. Solicitation FA8751-07-Q-0262 is issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 200516 and DCN 20070327. This RFQ is issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334515 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The SIC is 3825. The FSC is 6625. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a result of this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous based on price and technical capability. This RFQ consists of the following item: ITEM 1: Arbitrary Waveform Generator QTY: 1 DESCRIPTION: Please see attached excel file. SPECIFICATIONS: Please see attached excel file. Offerors shall provide at least the same warranty terms, including extended warranties, offered to the general public in customary commercial practice. The estimated delivery date is 03 June 2007. The FOB destination point is AFRL/IF, Rome, NY. The following provisions and/or clauses are of particular importance to offerors. This list is not intended to be exhaustive. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. Offerors must comply with all instructions. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, with price and technical capability as the evaluation factors with equal importance. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-5 (Dev) Contract Terms and Condition Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Deviation). FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration. FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. DFARS 252.204-7004 (Alt A) Required Central Contractor Registration. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov.
