Item 0001: NSN 2840-01-514-3947PR, P/N 5052M50G23, applicable to the F110-129/100 Engine. Description: The Fan Frame is a one-piece cast structure. Major components consist of outer case, inner hub, six radial struts, and mid ring. Provides structural support for loads from the #2 and #3 thrust bearing, which support high and low pressure rotors. Structural support of stator compressor front case, fan stator case, inner and outer fan ducts. Provides mounting for the inlet and accessory gearbox. Dimensions are approximately 14.4 X 7X 36 inches. Weight is 50 lbs. Material is TI-6AI-4V. Destination: Tinker AFB OK 73145. Quantity is 5 each and delivery starts 330 DARO. The Government intends to award sole source to General Electric (GE). The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and are set forth in the OC-ALC Source Approval Information Booklet. The approximate issue date is 7 May 07. The approximate response date will be 6 Jun 07. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps and should be obtained from there. Please do not call this office for a solicitation.
