- This is a notice of the government?s intent to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements Contract for the purchase of Radar Signal Simulators, NSNs: 6625-01-497-7780EW, P/N: FT0100-3, 6625-01-516-8238EW, P/N FT0100-5, & 6625-01-533-4055EW, P/N FT0100-15, applicable to the PLM-4. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for the Basic year is 206, 10, & 10 respectively. The estimated quantities for the out- years are as follows; Option I: 100, 5, & 5. Option II: 100, 5, & 5. Option III: 20, 5, & 5. Option IV: 5, 5, & 5. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to EDO Technical Services, 254 E. Ave K-4, Lancaster, CA 93535, Cage: 0LND7 under the authority of 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
