- Clean, maint and inspect the cooking hoods, ventilation fans, vent stacks, vent hoods, exhaust ducts, appurtenances and fire suppression systems at scheduled intervals in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled, ?Ventilation Fans, Stacks and Hoods, Cleaning and Maintenance?, dated 10 April 2007 at 3 different building locations on Dobbins Air Reserve Base (Marietta), GA. Contractor personnel must be certified by the appropriate federal and state regulatory agencies in the maintenance of cooking hoods, ventilation fans, vent stacks, vent hoods, exhaust ducts and fire suppression systems and be capable of providing this certification upon request by the Contracting Officer. The anticipated contract is for one (1) basic year with four (4) 12 month option periods. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and the NAICS Code for this requirement is 562219 with a Size Standard of $10,500,000.00. A written request for quotation (Request for Quote) RFP will be issued on or about April 19, 2007 with a closing date of May 14, 2007. All responsible parties may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) databse prior to submitting a quote to be considered for award.
