- Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Federal Signal Corporation for the following: Line Items 0001: Training Unit/Spare Parts: 1 Lot; Includes: Elec. Cntlr & Batt Cab, Digital 2-way; Solar system for electronic -24V; 400 watt amplifier, digital voice chip - eight minute, DELCO M24MF. Line Item 0002: Indoor Siren System: 1 Lot; Includes: Indoor electronic controller, no radio; ultravoice audio relay module. Line Item 0003: Outdoor-Flag Pole PA Interface: 1 Lot; Includes: Elec. Cntlr & batt cab, digital 2-way; ultravoice audio relay module; digital voice chip - eight minute. Line Item 0004: Services: 1 Lot; Includes: SMV-Interface to existing PA systems; SMV-engineering training unit-mount & casters; system optimization & complete training package; shipping fees. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This purchase is for additional GVS siren equipment, training, and training mock up. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 334290, Size Standard, 750 Employees, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal.
