- This is a sources sought synopsis as part of market research. The purpose of this notice is to identify companies that are capable and qualified of providing quarterly Inspection/Seal Fire-Stop Maintenance Services at the 10th Medical Group/USAFA Hospital, United States Air Force Academy, CO 80840. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotation. The perspective contractor shall perform quarterly inspections of all fire/smoke walls, rated exit passageways, hazardous areas and mechanical rooms. Areas inspected for penetrations shall be repaired in accordance with National Fire Protection Association code requirements. All work shall be performed at the United States Air Force Academy Hospital, (building 4102), CO 80840. Written responses will not be returned. If your firm is capable and qualified to provide quarterly Inspection/Seal Fire Stop Repair Service, respond in writing to the point of contact indicated within this announcement. All interested business concerns shall indicate their interest in a potential acquisition by providing the company name, mailing address, telephone number, cage code, DUNS number and electronic mail address to the point of contact. Interested business concerns shall also submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting their capability to perform the required services. For the purpose of a potential acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification Code is 541350 and the applicable size standard is $6.5M.
