- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Director of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with SMS Data Products Group, 1521 Westbranch Drive #400, McLean, VA 22102. The contractor shall provi de licensing, maintenance for bluecoat network security software. The software maintenance is proprietary to Bluecoat and is available to only their specific partnerof which SMS Data Product is. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) f or this requirement is 811212 and dollar amount is 23M. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, April 20, 2007 . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
