Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award shall be evaluated based on delivery of ALL or NONE as being equal to price. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. For this acquisition, the Small Bu siness Size Standard of 500 Employees and the NAICS Code is 423410. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following: CLIN 0001 (QTY 50 each kit) Helmet Camera Kit: one each Cam helmet camera [Cam Helmet Camera must meet these specifications: camera dim ensions of 23 mm (?) x 80 mm (L), Sony Ex-View 1/3 CCD Chip with effective pixels of 811 (H) x 508 (V), offer 520 TV lines of resolution, 3.6mm lens with the option to change lenses, matte black outer casing, Light Rating .2 Lux F 2.0, cable type be coile d cable, and weigh no more than 105 grams], one each one foot 3.5mm AV Cable with microphone, one each one foot RCA AV Cable with microphone, one each Universal Mount with Velcro attachments, and one each battery holder; one each 12 VDC Rechargeable Batter y Pack [Rechargeable Battery pack must meet these requirements: dimensions 3.5 in (L) x 2 in (W) x 1 in (D), LED indicators of remaining battery capacity, power on/off switch, 1.2 W of Power Consumption, and a 1/4-20 bolt to attach to tripod receptacle]; o ne each pair of RCA Female/Female adapters, one each Cowon A2 30GB PVR, and one each Storage & Transportation case [Storage & Transportation case must meet these requirements: hard plastic case, black, and fitted foam inserts] per kit. CLIN 0002 Shipping and Handling, if neccessary. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to in clude any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
