- A solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2007 (Estimated), with an offer due date of June 7, 2007, for a requirement for management, administration, and labor necessary to perform all required services in support of the Public Works operatio ns and support Services. The Public Works Operations and Support Services functions involved include, but are not limited to, Work Management; Work Reception; Project Planning; Construction Contract Inspection and Monitoring; Facility Inspection and Maint enance; Preventive/Recurring Maintenance; Bond and Earth Testing; Master Planning; Engineering Design; Grounds Maintenance; Engineering Troop Training Plan and Execution; Real Estate and Real Property Management; Solid Waste Services; Operate Qualified Re cycling Program; Utility Monitoring and Management Services; Environmental Protection Planning, Assessments and Reporting; Environmental Awareness; Pest Management and Control; Pollution Prevention Planning and Management; Regulatory Inspections; Spill Response, Cleanup and Disposal; Hazardous Waste Planning and Compliance; Manifest Handling; Wellhead Protection; and Landfill Inspection. Location of performance is at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract (wi th some cost reimbursement line items), with a sixty (60) day phase-in period prior to start date of award. The performance period will be a base period from 6 Jan 08 30 Sep 08 with seven (7) one-year option periods. The magnitude of this requirement is more than $10 Million. The proposed procurement is set aside for small business under NAICS 561210 with a corresponding small business size standard of $32.5 Mil. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) a nd be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about May 1, 2007. No hard copies of the solicitation or supporting documents will be issued. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published.
