- A solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2007 (Estimated), with an offer due date of June 5, 2007, for a requirement for management, administration, and labor necessary to perform all required services in support of the Installation Materiel Maintenance Activity (IMMA) functions which include, but are not limited to, Production Planning and Control; Materiel Maintenance to include: component repair, vehicle and ground support, fire extinguishers, electronic, wheel and suspension, weapons, bo dy repair, painting, canvas, fabrication and locking devices; Materiel Supplies; Loan of Facilities and Equipment; Special repair and Depot Upgrade Programs; Technical Inspections; Testing and Warranty; Modification Work Order (MWO) Coordination; Loading and Unloading Vehicles and Equipment; National Maintenance Management Program; Combat Service Support Training; Equipment Transport; Display Vehicles and Equipment; and Roadside and Technical Assistance. Location of performance is at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin . The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract (with some cost reimbursement line items), with a sixty (60) day phase-in period prior to start date of award. The performance period will be a base period from 6 Jan 08 30 Sep 08 with four (4) one-year option periods. The magnitude of this requirement is more than $10 Million. The proposed procurement is set aside for small business under NAICS 561210 with a corresponding small business size standard of $32.5 Mil. All prospective offeror s must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about May 1, 2007. No hard copies of the solicitation or supporting documents will be issued. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published.
