Description: The Government anticipates to issue a modification to contract W31P4Q-06-C-0294 for the modifying of two (2) S-280 Shelters for the IGNAT UAS Ground Control System (GCS). This modification of the S-280 Shelter includes changes to the Environmental Co ntrol Unit (ECU), the main entry door, the antenna mounts, the input/output panels, the roof access steps, the hose adapter, the openings and drain plugs. The Government shall issue the contract modification to Gichner Shelter Systems of Dallastown, Pa on an other than full and open competitive basis. (See Note #22)
