- Description
- The US Army Communications, Electronics, Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC), Acquisition Center Washington intends to award a purchase order on a firm fixed price basis to provide Standard Maintenance and Support for IBM Internet Security System s (ISS) RealSecure Network 10/100 licenses for two licenses on behalf of the Program Manager, Tactical Radio Communications System (PM TRCS), Fort Monmouth, NJ. The first license is for 94 users, Order Confirmation Number (OCN) 279681. Maintenance on thi s license expired on 17 March 2007. This order requires reinstatement of the license for the period of 18 March 2007- 14 May 2007 (item 1) and an additional 10 months of maintenance from 15 May 2007 17 March 2008 (item 2). The second license is for 3 u sers, OCN 282053, and requires 10 months of maintenance from 16 May 2007 17 March 2008 (item 3). Standard maintenance for the above licenses shall consist of software license maintenance which includes telephone support, software bug fixes and upgrades, and repair or replacement services as needed on the IBM ISS Real Secure Networks 10/100. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as su pplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; competitive quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is requested that the three items be separately priced in the quotes provided. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. The anticipated award date is 10 days from closing date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedure s. To be eligible for award, registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration Database and Business Partner Network is mandatory.
