- The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for a Carotid Stent System for Eisenhower Medical Center at Winn Army Community Hospital, Ga. The Government intends to award a Sole Source BPA, Note 22, for this requirement. The sugge sted contractor is Depuy MITEK, Inc a division of Johnson and Johnson company, 325 Paramount Drive, Raynham, MA 02767-5199. Item: Supplies and equipment for VAPR 3 Electrode Radiofrequency System. This is not a request for proposal; however, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product , past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government Technical Representatives for consideration for future requirements.
