Description
This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quottion (RFQ) for commercial services/supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the RFQ; quotes are due on April 27, 2007, 4:00 p.m. This RFQ is open to both large and small business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 336212 with a small business size standard of 500. The Statement of Work/Specifications consists of, but is/are not limited to, the contractor providing a Multi Terrain Loader: Specifications are as follows: Size = 2700 - 3100; Engine = Tier II; Gross Power = 70+; Hydraulic Flow = 22 gpm minimum; Hydraulic Pressure = 3 psi maximum; Torsion Bar Suspension; Lifting Eye - 4 pt; Width = 70" minimum; Length = 140" minimum; Track Width = 18" minimum; Ground Clearance 14'; Vertical Lift Only; Cab; Heater. Trade-In 1979 case 1450 Dozer PN: 610281; SN 824964. Loader will be delivered to Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge, which is located in Walden CO. The completion/delivery date is June 30, 2007. Quotes should be submitted electronically through http://www.FedBizOpps.gov and shall include the information at FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representation and Certifications for Commercial Items) with the DUNS, and Tax Identification Numbers and be Electronic Funds Transfer compliant. FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition. Quoters must acquaint themselves with the regulations concerning Commercial Item acquisition contained in FAR Part 12. The referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at http:// www.arnet.gov. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/RFQ to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the RFQ and is the most advantageous to the Government based upon price. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award.
