Description

UPDATE -- This notification announces the update of an exhibit for the National Park Service answer to Question 251 provided in Answer Set #4 for Solicitation STLI001-07, Ferry Services at Statue of Liberty National Park and Ellis Island. A new Stability Letter for one of the boats operated by the Existing Concessioner was issued by the U.S. Coast Guard on 03/02/2007 and was inserted in place of the out-of-date Stability Letter on pages 15-16 of the exhibit, "Q 251 -- COI and Stability Letters (revised)." This updated exhibit is available through the National Park Service Concessions website at http://www.concessions.nps.gov/Prospectus.cfm.
