Description

Replace Red Hill Tunnel Train Tracks and Drainage System, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii The work includes removal of existing train tracks and drainage system, construction of new train tracks and drainage system, sealing of certain tunnel wall cracks, testing of sediment for lead, and incidental related work. The NACIS Code for this procurement is 237990 and the annual size standard is $31,000,000. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bidders can view and/or download the solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil when it becomes available. All interested bidders shall register at the website. No notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested bidders. Prospective bidders are required to pick up a compact disk (CD) which contains the drawings, at NAVFAC Hawaii, Building A-13, 400 Marshall Road, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860-3139. Call Ms. Kim Fujimoto at (808) 474-9392 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to coordinate a CD-ROM pick up. CD-ROMs will be available when the solicitation is posted on the E-solicitation website listed above. Large business concerns shall submit a subcontracting plan. Bidders shall submit with their offer a bid bond guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid price. Bid Opening date is approximate.
