- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to solicit Green Hills Software, Inc., 30 W Sola St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101-2599, on a sole source basis, for one (1) year of software maintenance support for pre-existing Government licenses previously procured from Green Hills as follows: (1) @ GA-INTA-LIN-PPC for quantity 1; (2) @ GA-MA-PPC-IR-INT-W for quantity 2; (3) @ GA-MA-PPC-IR-INT-D for quantity 2; (4) @GA-MA-PPC-IR-INT-W for quantity 2; (5) @ GA-EA-PPC-IR-INT-W for quantity 1; (6) @ GA-EA-PPC-NO-INT-D for quantity of 1; (7) @ G-CC-PPC-NO-UNS-W for quantity 2; (8) @ G-CC-PPC-NO-UNS-D for quantity 2; (9) @ G-CC-PPC-NO-UNS-W for quantity 2; (10) @ GH-GP-PPC-CAP for quantity 2. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on an all or none basis. The NAICS Code is 511210 and the FSC Code is 7030. Pricing will be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: Receiving Officer, 6220 Tisdale Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Therefore, the quote must include all applicable shipping charges. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The closing date is 27 April 2007, 2:00 PM EST. Anticipated award date is 04 May 2007. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at DLGR_NSWC_XDS13@navy.mil , but the quote may also be faxed to 540/653-6910 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS13-14, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. In order to be eligible for award, the offeror must be determined to be responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104-1 and msut be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
