- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin, Bay St. Louis, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c )(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). The requirement is for the contractor to provide support for the Enterprise Engineering Department and Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command. This is a follow-on contract as the work is a continuation of on-going work with the requirement for in-depth knowledge of the systems, which Lockheed Martin assisted in developing. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. NAICS Code 541512. This sysnopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquriries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
