- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with FAR FAC 2005-09, April 19, 2006. The NAICS code 561790 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is $6.50 million. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This Acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. This contract action will be issued by Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS A&PO), Washington DC. The WHS intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13.5 for Pressure Washing Services for the Hybla Valley Federal Office Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 17 April 2007. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to ensure the Hybla Valley building is free of mold, mildew, oxidation, carbon, and dirt by way of Pressure Washing. The Period of Performance is a completion date within 30 days from date of award. Contract award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation, in conforming with this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government for the most reasonable price.
