- THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (i) OPENING STATEMENT: ?This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ? (ii) RFP SOLICITATION NUMBER: 5TC70070063 ; (iii) CLAUSE AND PROVISION IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR: 2005-16 Effective 22 March 2007; (iv) SET-ASIDE:Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS CODE: 332312 -- Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 Employees; LINE ITEM(S): CLIN 0001 Monopole with platform, 33 EACH; CLIN 0001a Commercially Furnished Documentation (i.e., Assembly Instructions, Maintenance Instructions, etc.) for Monopole with platform, 33 EACH; CLIN 0001b Commercial Warranty for Monopole with platform, 33 EACH. (vi) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: 80 foot, 12 sided. Galvanized monopole with a triangular platform measuring 10.5 feet (minimum) on each side, mounted on top. The monopole shall be configured with climbing ladder and ladder cage. Platform will include entry hatch and a six foot lightening rod.
