- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the attachments indicated. (ii) This Request for Quotation (FA8204-07-Q-68072) will be conducted under full and open procedures with the award going to the vendor that offers the best value IAW FAR 52.212-2, as identified in Attachment 4--Best Value Criteria. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-1 & DCN 20070212. (iii) The 526th ICBMSW/PKA intends to purchase the following: a. Line Item# 0001: One Real-time X-Ray System IAW Attachment 1, Modified Commercial Item Description that includes installation, system certification, and training requirements. UID markings IAW Mil-Std 130M, Construct II. b. Line Item# 0002: Two, Spare X-Ray Sources c. Line Item# 0003: i. Commercial Warranties: 1. Minimum One Year Parts and Labor of X-Ray Equipment 2. X-Ray Software and Two Year Software Support d. Line Item# 0004: Data IAW Contract Data Requirements List A001, Attachment 2. (iv) Required delivery date is 1 May 2007 and Ship-To location is listed at Attachment 1, Modified Commercial Item Description. Inspection/Acceptance/Freight On Board is Origin/Destination/Destination respectively. (v) Submit offers IAW FAR 52.212-1, as modified by Attachment 3. If you DO NOT have a CAGE Code, please complete and submit Attachment 5 to the appropriate office. (vi) FAR 52.212-3 basic and Alt I; DFARS 252.212-7000; 52.211-14; FAR 52.211-15; and FAR 52.225-18 applies to this acquisition.
