Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Digestive, Diabetes & Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intends to procure of Brand Name or Equal to Amaxa Inc.: (1) AAD-1001S Nucleofector II Device; (2) AAM-1001 Nucleofector 96-Well Shuttle with Laptop and Software and (3) Two year warranty guarantee on both item. The ?equal? item must meet the characteristics of the brand name item to be acceptable for award. Basis for Award: Offerors must provide descriptive literature or other material that demonstrates their offer meets the forgoing requirements. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer fully meets the requirements of the solicitation, provides the best value, with price and technical factors equally important in award evaluation. The Arnaxa 96 Well HT Shuttle is the only transfection device on the market that allows: 1) to perform 96 independent transfections with 96 independent parameters in a few minutes; 2) very high efficiency DNA delivery to the nucleus (up to 90%) of primary cells: 3) to use a proprietary conductive polymer disposable 96 well nuclcovuvette, for rapid 96 simultaneous transfection. Offerors may request a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-07-229 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis.
