Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line items: 0001 PZFlex (Single CPU) Software License for Windows for 12 months 0002 User?s Manual 0003 Maintenance and Support for One Year 0004 Training Course (Two Days) Quotes must price each line item listed above. Quotes are required by 3:00pm EDT Friday, 20 April 2007. Location: AFRL/MLLP, Area B, 2230 Tenth Street, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Delivery required within 5 days after receipt of award, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and 252.232-7003. Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer. The Government may award without discussions. WPAFB intends to award to Weidlinger Associates Inc, Los Altos CA. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Justification: Support required is available from only one responsible source and no other type of support will satisfy agency requirements.
