Description: This synopsis is in accordance with FAR 5.201(b) (1) (ii) Modification to an existing contract and FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. This is to modify contract FA8202-05-C-0004 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), Owego New York. The changes include a new Throttle Grip cover part, a new Stick Attachment and Contractor Field Team support to accomplish retrofitting A-10?s already modified under the Precision Engagement program. This action is anticipated to cost $3,720,000.00. The current duration of the contract is to 31 July 2008. There is no specific limitation on foreign contractors but this is a sole source environment.
