Description

his is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0440. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333518 and Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a IDIQ CONTRACT FOR THE PERIOD OF 01 MAY 2007 THROUGH 30 APRIL 2008 through this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delive red at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Miscellaneous machine shop/welding related supplies. The contract will be awarded to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor.
