Vincennes, IN 47591-1001 - Re-roofing of the Memorial Building, George Rogers Clark National Historic Park, 401 South Second Street, Solicitation Number I6520070002, SEEKING QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS COMPANIES TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13 million (average gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT: $25,000.00 TO $100,000.00. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is set aside 100% for Small Business Contractors. Work consist of providing all labor, tools, and equipment to demolish a ballasted membrane roofing system and replace it with a .060 EPDM fully adhered membrane roofing system over rigid insulation. Work also includes the removal and reinstallation of metal flashing. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work shall start within twenty-one (21) calendar days of contract award date and be completed within twenty-one (21) calendar days from start date. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about May 4, 2007 with a response date of June 4, 2007.
