Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN Oshkosh, WI REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Oshkosh, Wisconsin for Solicitation for Offers for GS-05B-17992 consisting of approximately 1,433 rentable square feet for the an Agency of the Federal Government. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,246 usable square feet to a maximum of 1,371usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: City of Oshkosh, WI. Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Five (5) years, Three (3) firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submission no later than 4PM CST on 05/17/2007.
