Description: USDA Forest Service, Lincoln National Forest requires design and construction of ranger station office, crew quarters, warehouse, firebuilding, and parking in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Successful offeror will demonstrate successful completion of design and construction of mentioned falcilities as well as successful LEED Silver Certification and Energy Star rating. Best Value process will be used for evaluation. Solicitation will be available by download as well attachments with the exception of "Reserve Ranger Station Design CD" which is provided upon request to Carmen Gallegos, email cgallegos@fs.fed.us, in order to provide offerors with some design detail that may reduce design time and costs.
