- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be posted but emailed upon request. This solicitation, FA3022-07-Q-0002, is a Request for Quotation. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541922 and the small business size is 6.5 million. This is advertised as 100% small business set-aside. Non-Personal Service to provide the following: The Multimedia Service Contractor is to provide service that shall include, but not limited to: graphics imaging products and services; alert photography; providing presentation services; video products and services; maintaining equipment; system administration support; technical solutions for multimedia equipment purchases; projector support; work order control; documentation and reports; developing, administering, fully utilizing, and maintaining the Multimedia Information System database. The proficiency level of the Multimedia Center personnel must keep pace with technological advances in the industry. FOB: Destination for delivery is Columbus AFB, MS. The performance period will consist of a base year, 1 Oct 2007- 30 Sep 2008, and four subsequent option years. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. All interested parties must also be registered with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordance with IAW DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (Mar 2007) WAWF can be accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES WHO DESIRE A COPY OF THIS RFQ CAN CONTACT WARREN PANNELL AT warren.pannell@columbus.af.mil AND A COPY WILL BE ELECTRONICALLY SENT TO YOU. All offers shall be mailed to 14th Contracting Squadron, Attn: Warren Pannell, 555 Seventh St, Ste 113, Columbus AFB MS. The due date for all quotes is 21 May 2007 by 4:30 p.m. CDT. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall be registered and complete the Offerors Representations and Certifications on the Online Representation & Certification Application (ORCA) homepage at www.bpn.gov/orca prior to award being able to be made. In addition the clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Deviation); Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Mar 2007) applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
