The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 515210 size standard of $13.5 million applies. The proposed solicitation is for full and open competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throu gh Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-15 dated 13 February 2007. The Southern Region Contracting Center-West (SRCC-W) intends to award on a firm fixed price basis a commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide all the necessary services to include personnel, services, parts, material, tools, equipment and vehi cles required to provide cable television service for Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, TX. The services to be provided are commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212-1. Period of performance shall be for five years with annual reviews during the anniversary month.
