Description: This position requires an experienced contractor with demonstrated excellent skills in management, staff development, planning, implementation and an in depth knowledge and current experience in the financial management services utilized by USAID. The Mission Controller directs the financial aspects of the Mission and reports directly to the Mission Director in carrying out the responsibilities summarized below. USAID/NAIROBI/EA supports USAID/Rwanda in its financial accounting functions; it is thus required that there be very close coordination between the two organizations in carrying out the work under this contract.
