- Solicitation for NSN 2840-01-435-0192 / SPM4A5-07-R-0431, P/N 1796M81G01. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are General Electric, cage 07482, Barnes Group, Inc., cage 32317 and Enginetics Corp., cage 60168. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 39 each. This solicitation contains a First Article Contractor Testing Requirement. First Article requirement-inspection and acceptance at origin. The required delivery schedule is 398 days after receipt of order, FOB Origin, inspection and acceptance at origin; deliver to Tinker AFB, OK. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 27, 2007 with a closing date of May 14, 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP; then choose the RFP you wish to download.
