- Amendment to Pre-solicitation Notice: Label Description -- Label should have a removable section with a perforation starting 0.5625 inch from top of label and extending for 1.75 inch. The second perforation will start at 1.75 inch from the left side of the label and for 0.5625 inch. The material should be synthetic direct thermal print blank (white) no imprints with perforations. Permanent adhesive shall withstand freezing, refrigeration and room temperature without losing adhesion. The adhesive shall allow the label to be peeled off for a short time before setting. Labels must work on a thermal printer capable of printing variable length and width label stock such as Zebra Z4M and 105 SL or Intermec 4420, but not limited to these models. Adhesive Acrylic (non-latex) glove friendly adhesive with an application temperature of 40 to 120 F and a service range of 22 to 120 F.
