Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit Rockwell Collins, Inc., 350 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52498 for the acquisition of a repair contract for the AN/ARC-220 and AN/VR C-100 HF Radios. The parts to be repaired consist of AM-7531/URC Amplifiers, NSN: 5996-01-415-8673, Power Amplifier, A1, NSN: 5998-01-442-0831, Antenna Coupler A2, NSN: 5998-01-442-2937, Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-444-7885, RT-1749/URC, NSN: 5821- 01-413-4236, RT Chassis A1, NSN: 5975-01-444-7942, Power Supply Control A3, NSN: 5998-01-442-2939, New P/S Control A3, NSN: TBD, Interface A6, NSN: 5998-01-444-7512, Receiver/Exciter DSP A7, NSN: 5998-01-442-2940, New Receiver/Exciter DSP A7, NSN: TBD, DSP A7A1, NSN: 5998-01-464-4860, DSP A7A2, NSN: 5998-01-464-4859, C-12436/URC, NSN: 5821-01-413-4234 and VRC-100 Power Supply A1, NSN: 5998-01-435-2306. The proposed action is for a five-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (I DIQ) contract. The contractor shall provide UID, or DOD recognized unique identification equivalent, at the unit/item level. This acquisition will be processed on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304 C(1), however, all responsible sources m ay submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
