Description: See Numbered Notes 22 and 26. The United States Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a modification to Time & Materials/Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Number W 15P7T-04-D-L204, as a sole source action to Smiths Detection-Edgewood Inc., Edgewood, MD, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source. This action will increase the contract ordering ceiling from $15,000,000 to $15,550,000 to enable delivery or ders to be issued for spare parts for the Meteorological Measuring Set (MMS) and MMS-Profiler (MMS-P). The Government does not possess a detailed technical data package suitable for a competitive solicitation. The Spares Addendum is as incorporated in th e basic contract. Associated NSN/PNs include 75 items, total.
