Description
Provide all personnel, labor, equipment, and materials necessary for varying types of fabrication and refurbishment services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, primarily for civil works projects, but could include military pro jects within the Great lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries. Up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) will be awarded as a result of this solicitation/RFQ (Request for Quote). E ach contract will include a three-year base period and two one-year option periods, for a total contract performance period not to exceed five years as follows: The three-year base period will start from date of award. Each option period will run for a t otal of one year each. Maximum value of all work awarded under the MATOCs will be limited to $5,000,000.00 per contract; $3,000,000.00 for the three-year base period and $1,000,000.00 for each one-year option period. The minimum guarantee amount for the three-year base period is $30,000.00 per contract and $10,000.00 for each option period. If capacity is fully utilized before the base period or option period expires, the Government may decide to exercise the option early. Projects will be awarded by in dividual task orders, with an unlimited maximum amount and a minimum amount of $2,500.00. Award of the MATOC solicitations/RFQs will be based on Best Value to the Government. Evaluation factors to be considered when determining the awards are Geographica l Proximity, Experience, Past Performance, and Technical Capability. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332710 (500 Employees). The estimated value is $10,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00. This solicitation has an appro ximate issue date of 24 April 2007 and a due date of 18 May 2007. No pre-proposal conference is currently scheduled. If it is determined that a pre-proposal conference is necessary, the date, time, and location will be announced in an amendment to this s olicitation. This solicitation is available by download from the FedTeDS website only. Telephone/email/fax requests for this RFQ will be not be honored. All information for the Best Value evaluation factors must be included in your quote. Quote packages are limited to 25 pages.
