- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Corporate Executive Board, Washington, DC for a one year membership in the PMO Executive Council. This membership includes unlimited access to proprietary strategic research designated by the memb er executives; an annual executive retreat offering a unique opportunity to interact with the council principals, and for the Council to disseminate key insights from its proprietary strategy research, a series of regionally based Staff Briefings presenting results of priorietary strategy research, unlimited, unrestricted access to a password protected web site, which contains archived research, on line networking tools, decision support tools and exportable graphics, slides, speech handouts, project and portfolio benchmarking, project manager coaching and upskilling initiatives. All responsible sources who can provide the above membership services shall submit written quotations within 15 calendar days of the published date of this solicitation. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of the membership fee and description of the services/materials the fee includes, services and related costs that are available but not limited to membership fee, listing of reference materials maintained by the organization, available educational services, description of corporate history, mission and organizational membership. Quotes should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three corporate references, Federal Tax ID number and DUNS number. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Evaluation and award will be based on the quality and quantity of services presently offered and fixed price for organizational membership. No written solicitation will be issued for this requirement; therefore, such requests will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received, an award will be made to The Corporate Executive Board.
