- Description
- The Government is soliciting for approximately 5,000 square feet of warehouse space with an adjoining office of approximately 3,000 square feet. The facility must provide secured outside parking for five vehicles. The warehouse must accomodate drive-in trucks up to 34 feet in length and provide indoor parking for four full size SUV vehicles. TENANT: U.S.Environmental Protection Agency LOCATION: Generally within a two mile radius of the intersection of the I-405 and the I-110. The preferred location would be within one of the following two areas: I-405 Freeway/190th Street corridor to the North Figueroa Street to the East Torrance Boulevard to the South Western Avenue to the West 91 Gardena Freeway to the North Main Street to the East I-405 Freeway/190th Street corridor to the South Vermont Avenue to the West LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten years, five years firm. REQUIREMENT: Any offered building must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office/warehouse space. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA/ABAAS standards, should not be located in a flood plain, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
