- This is a Presolicitation Notice for Medical Transcription Services. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes that an electronic solicitation will be issued. The projected issuance of the electronic solicitation is 22 May 2007. The solicitation number is FA4861-07-R-B500. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 7338 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561410 based on $6.5 Mil for the past 12 months. The Government has a requirement for medical transcription services for the 99 Medical Group, Nellis AFB, NV. The estimated quantity will be 420,000 65-character lines per year for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The projected issuance date of the electronic solicitation is 22 May 2007. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Prospective contractors must also have access to the Composite Health Computer System (CHCS) and the ability to obtain CAC.
