NSN:???2840-01-455-3578RV, P/N:??575751 Item Description:????This vane is a concave air foil rectangular in design with a vane foot on each end for attachment to the case. The function of the vane is to direct and compress air flow from the 1st stage fan blades to the 2nd stage fan blades. The dimensions are approx. 16.500 inches in length by approx. 2.900 inches in width. The material consists of AMS 4928 titanium alloy. TF33 100A Aircraft Engines. Applicable to: TF33 Engine Delivery:??31 July 2007 Quantity: 429 Min, 858 Mid, 1072 Max EA New Material and Surplus Solicited. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 10 May 2007. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 10 June 2007. The anticipated award date will be June 2007. No telephone requests.???? Qualification Requirements: Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design can be considered approved sources for this design, or manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing on items determined by the Government to be similar in complexity and criticality can be considered approved sources for this item. Note:??Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed: NONE. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation.
