Description: The Joint Program Manager for Biological Detection Systems intends to solicit and negotiate a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) commercial contract on a competitive basis to provide up to 350 complete Thermal Imaging Systems. These Thermal Imaging Systems will be integrated at Edgewood Chemical Biological Command (ECBC) in the M31E2 Biological Integrated Detection System (BIDS) Joint Biological Point Detection System (JPBDS) platform.
