Description

DESC: NSN: 1015-01-340-7779, Part Number: 12593525, the item to procure is a Spacer, Balancing Gear. Requirements are 300 each. FOB is Destination. For use on the M119A1 105MM Howitzer. Estimated issue date is 14 May 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefo re, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. I t is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for b id opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of same. See government-wide numbered notes 1 and 26. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small busi ness set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: RO CK-TACOM-tdp@CONUS.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail a fter the solicitation has been released to the internet. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this procurement is Distribution Code C and the TDP requires Special License Rights which requires a Nondisclosure Statement before being released.
