Description: Work includes constructing three 10 x 10 brick block buildings that sit on 6 foot diameter concrete sump pump well extending aprox. 20 feet beneath the ground with a 6 inch diameter intake pipe at the bottom of the channel. The building require elect ric and phone hook up that will house water level gaugiing equipment. There are three different site locations in Michigan. This procurement is 100% Hub Zone Set aside. NACIS code 236210. Small Business size standard is $31,000,000.00. Total estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The government intends to award a single or multiple Firm Fixed Priced contract awards resulting from the project solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the BEST VALUE after evalua tion of proposals in accordance with the factors and subfactors stated in the solicitation The project solicitation will be available on or about May 3, 2007.
