- SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR IDAN components to build Time Space Position Information. This systems measure the position, velocity, and attitude of the vehicle. The Intent of Award is to RTD EMBEDDED TECHNOLOGIES INC, 103 INNOVATION BLVD, STATE COLLEGE, PA 16803-6605. If the office has not received any affirmative written responses by Close of Business (COB), 11 May 07, a Sole Source purchase order will be pursued with RTD EMBEDDED TECHNOLOGIES INC, 103 INNOVATION BLVD, STATE COLLEGE, PA 16803-6605.
